* Do you have a physical store location?
Not at this time. We make, process and ship all your orders from our office studio in Arizona but our products are currently only available for purchase online.
We do announce occasional events we participate in for in-person purchases. Contact our Customer Support Team at service@hubbiq.com for any questions regarding in-person purchases.
* Will I get confirmation from you after I place an order?
Yes, you will receive notifications by email from when you place an order until your order gets delivered.
We also provide a tracking number for you after your order is shipped to make for easier tracking of your item(s).
* Can I change my mailing address or information after I place an order?
We process your orders quickly once they are placed. Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them so we cannot guarantee any changes to your orders after they are shipped. Please contact customer support at service@hubbiq.com for assistance with information changes.
* How long does it take to receive my items after I place an order?
Most packages are delivered in the United States within 3 to 5 business days from the time they are shipped. Others may take up to 10 business days in locations that are further away from our shipping zone in Arizona (or where there are mail service interruptions or delays due to external conditions beyond our control), and up to 14 business days in locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, etc. There may be an additional full-day delay if your order was shipped before a holiday.
It takes approximately 21 business days for most international packages to be delivered. This duration, however, is subject to change according to the location of recipient.

* Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for only eligible products with their original tags and packaging within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. However, you must notify us of any intention to return an item within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Failure to do so may result in only a partial refund or store credit for your return, at our discretion. Contact service@hubbiq.com to start a return process after you receive your purchase.
